My name is Lisa Wolff

As a young girl I loved creating designs and always wondered how to apply them to fabric. My young adult years expressed my style in small intricate, hand drawn, repetitive designs, not unlike a kaleidoscope. Compelled to fill a page, I penned myself the master doodler.

Inspired by life experiences, my work has become more expansive and flexible. I continue to evolve in all  facets of expression; i.e. abstract, loose, tight, organic, big and bold, delicate and subdued.

As an adult, the twists and turns of life led me in directions other than design but always within a creative field; that is, until I discovered a school with the sole purpose of teaching surface pattern design. It was there that I rediscovered my deep passion that has always filled me with joy. I have been creating designs ever since and have no intention of stopping!

I have never been bored with a pen, or paint brush in my hand. Creating designs is as essential to me as breathing.
